In today's Friday Customer Submitted Challenge we are trying to scrap in a color we usually avoid. I went through the rainbow in my head and thought I haven't really avoided any color! Yes, there are shades like neons and pastels that I haven't used much, but I was impressed to realize I have layouts done in every color. Here are some examples.

RED Who Am I Challenge and one of my very first pages ever, Ian Loves Outside
ORANGE I haven't liked orange very much in general ever, but I used it in one of my very first layouts. First Candy Of course, it was Halloween. I think Love & Color is my orangiest recent layout.
YELLOW Here's a titleless very yellow page I made almost a year ago, for a yellow color challenge. I use the color a lot because it's my favorite, though I don't often fill the page with it. For example, here's Best Worst First DSLR Pictures from last week.
I'm not sure if this is orange or brown or yellow LOL but I like my First Thanksgiving Turkey page.
GREEN Most of my favorite pages are green, like this one I did for an embellishment challenge: Snead's Farm. And A Father is a page I did a long time ago in green, my husband's favorite color.
BLUE Another easy color to find in my gallery, Crawling Boy is one of my earliest blue pages. One of my all time favorite pages, Creativity & Independence, is mostly blue.
PURPLE MAD Scrappers is one of my favorite purple pages of course! Sticky Boy is an older purple page I like.
BLACK Well, here's a greyish background for my Week 4 layout. Ah ha! It took some searching but I found a black layout, Pointing Clicking, that I did nine months ago!
WHITE I think You Are Colorful may be the only white page in my gallery.
BROWN I don't use it much, but I even used it early in Big Tree Little Boy. Flip Flops is my most recent brown layout.
PINK Pink is really a shade of red, but I thought I'd list it too. It's surprising how uncommon it is in my layouts, considering I have Two Girls (Lots of Pink).

Looking through my gallery, I see mostly blue and green. In Sweet Science I used them both in large amount. I hadn't seen that layout in a while. It's fun to look back at old pages and see how far I've come.

And then there are times when I use every color: Explorer

Ian's Spots, is probably the closest I've come to neon, and it isn't one of my favorites!

Oh my goodness, in putting together this blog entry I have discovered a surprising color I never use as the main color of my layout! White! I almost could not find a layout in my gallery that is mostly white. I guess I think white is "nothing" and I always want to add color. Okay, then, I guess I know what color I'll be using for this challenge!
