I had a long dry spell there where I couldn't do a page. I would open up the software, put in a picture and stare at it, with no idea what to do next. Sometimes I added a background and then deleted it only to end up closing up the software with nothing to show for it. I was taking the Photography course with Mary Elizabeth O'Toole and I was pretty concentrated on doing the layouts and the assignments for 6 weeks so maybe doing other random layouts just didn't have a place in my brain until I finished with that. Anyway, finally that has passed and armed with bunches of new pictures I took myself of my grandbabies, the urge to scrap has returned. WELCOME BACK SCRAPPING! I really missed it.

I bought Marnie Adams' new book Word Play and was totally inspired after looking it over. What a fun thing to do. Titles are always a challenge for me, so now I am armed with a very artsy way to make gorgeous titles. There just seems to be no end to the creativity offered through this website. I'm not getting paid to say that, but its so very true. Anyway, my scrapper's block has been broken and now its just a matter of having time to sit down and try to do all of the layouts I want to do. At least they are in my head right now and the ideas are flowing like mad. Too bad I have to clean my house and do laundry too. If I could just scrap for 48 straight hours without all that other stuff interrupting.. gosh, what could I get done! (laffin' to self)

Anyway, off I go to scrap at least one more before life in general takes over my time.
