This day started a little differently. Got up to place my new order for Melaluca. Hope I made the right choices with vitamins and energy bars. Ate some toast with Julie and Diego and headed for a shower. Diego checked to see if I was almost done; glad to say I was. Then I found Andres eating cereal while Adrianna was getting Isabella. We had a nice morning talking and enjoying our time together.
We got started and nearly finished the birth announcements. We all worked on them and it went so quickly. All we need is 4 more yards of ribbon and the photos to put on them. The envelopes are addressed and ready, too. I was even able to make a scrapbook page for each of our 3 families with the announcements.
Then it was time for a visit from Zach and Greg. Jasmine was sure she needed a shower before she joined us. Greg headed home to eat with Jasmine and get things ready for the bar-b-que. Zach got the things he needed and asked to use the kitchen here to get ready. He got some veggies ready with the steaks he brought. When he had them ready, it was grill time.
The Norris’ and Hayden were there with another couple, Anya and Malara. Great food, nice company; Spent hours watching the kids run and play on the hill and laugh with all the guys. Ended up with Diego at the little side out front for his last outdoors hoorah. Then Diego realized Greg was not out there with us so he needed to come in to find him. It was movie time then; Zach picked up Fireproof for us. We were glad to see this one again and are praying for it's meaning to affect our lives.
Then it was time for Blindside. Andres was surprised I wanted to see it again after watching it several times already. But I really love that movie. Julie had seen most of it on the plane coming over, but she wanted to see it, too. The girls are teasing me it will be the movie bought in bulk for everyone to get for Christmas this year.
Bed time and a good rest for all to come? Morning will tell.
