This year the weekend of my wedding anniversary started off on a great foot!! I took my college placement test, since my ACT would not be accepted due to how old it is. :(... I passed that test!!! Which was a great way to start off my weekend. I signed up for one of my classes which is a 6 credit hour class....
After that came home worked on fencing then we went out to eat dinner. Yummy chineese. On Saturday we finished our fence. Now the turkeys and ducks cannot get out into the road! Yipeeee, no more chasing them back into the yard b4 they got killed! Then John and I headded West for our 24 hours away from the kids for our anniversary. I had no clue where we were going, however, I was hoping Nashvill, IN..... I was right. We had a very nice hotel room away from all the other rooms. Our very own private suite! That was great to relax in and the view of the trees was great. We did some shopping on Sat. had dinner out.
On Sunday we slept in a bit. Then hit the streets for more shopping. John bought me a hug mug!!! It actually came from the state of Washington. you cannot find those types of mugs around here. Iv'e only seen them out West. So I was happy. I also got me a leaf, spoon rest out of pottery. It is already on my kitchen counter. The day was a beautiful day there, weather was sunny and up to about 75 degrees! Awesome fall day!
At the end of the day we headded back East for home. It was sad to see our weekend be over so fast, however, it was an awesome anniversary!!!
