Love the blending of the photo into the wood bkg paper. Love the laugh I got out of your journaling. And ahhhhh, you used my favorite frame!!!

I’ve had air plants in my house for about as long as I can remember—they’ve always intrigued me! Although I can keep them alive well enough, I’ve never had a one to give me flower! Even in a sunny window, they just don’t seem to yield up. I guess they need to be outside. But I still like them just sitting there living on just about nothing but an occasional soaking.

What a great closeup of the flower! I like the copper frame and the dark background to set off the photos. Actually, I just like that background, it's very nice. The butterfly is a nice touch.

Wonderful layout! I love the plant photos and the framing. The blended background looks awesome and I love the butterfly. The journaling is fun. I've never seen airplants bloom either and expect that the ones that are sold here are sterile. I bought a Passion Fruit plant that had beautiful blooms and pods but it didn't bare fruit because it was sterile. I'm not sure if sterile is the correct term, but do know that a lot of exotic plants won't reproduce by design. :-)

Beautiful layout, Cheryl. I love the background you've created and how you set the text on the tag in perspective. My only thought would be that the curve of the flower kind of leads your eye out of the layout. You might think about flipping the photos so they lead into the layout rather than out. Just a minor detail.

This is a great LO! I love the contrast between the dark background and the light, airy flower photos. Your journaling is quite humorous too! TFS!
