Here's my submission for the July gallery contest. This is my first contest here at Scrap Girls. It was fun and inspired me to work with some photos that I loved but hadn't found the inspiration to scrap yet. Thanks for the inspiration. This was our family's Independence day spread a couple of years ago.

I made the papers myself using Scrapsimple templates from Scrapgirls, other elements from Art Journal by Thao Cosgrove. Fonts are Mom's Typewriter and Cast Iron
