In Memory of Sisco

On April 1 we had to put down our border collie, Sisco. She'd fought a good battle against Lymphoma for six months with weekly chemo treatments, but three weeks after being declared cancer free, it popped up as a very virulent type in her spleen. Rather than make her suffer with more treatments, we decided to let her go. We miss her greatly. This digital page was created for the scrapweekly challenge by Sunday Scrappers for April 4, 2010. Credits: Trish Yochum (PinItUp), Thao Cosgrove (Tracks), Cherise Oleson (Doggy Phrases.)

I am so sorry that you had to put down your beloved pet. This is a wonderful LO that you created for her, what a beautiful dog. I like the way you labeled the photos and the scattering you did. Such a sweet tribute to your furry family member. TFS!

I am so very sorry for your loss, but happy that your beloved Sisco, is no longer suffering. You've created a wonderful memorial page in her honour. I love the journaling with each photo and the colours are so vibrant. :-)

Oh, I am so, so sorry. You sure did all you could and she was certainly a well loved, beautiful dog. Very nice job on this layout, which had to have been so difficult for you to do! Beautiful.

What a huge loss, I'm so sorry for you and your family. Sisco looked like an absolute sweetie, a huge loss but what a wonderful, colourful tribute to her! Each photo tells a story, and your comments underneath them just add to that. Wonderful, moving tribute.

How wonderful to have all the different photos to remember a special "member-of-the-family." Love the tracks across the page, the frames you chose for the photos and the journaling on the photos.
