Apr Wk1 Reflections
I took this shot this weekend in Lewisburg, PA as we were going out to dinner. I left my big camera in the hotel, so this was taken with my Canon SD700 PowerShot. I used the Manual mode, ISO 400, Daylight White Balance and it was a 23mm focal length. I loved the reflection of the duck, and also of the lights as they were reflected in the rain filled parking lot.

This photo would also work as an example of the Rule of Thirds, but I'll find another for that challenge!

Wow - what a great shot from a PowerShot - I heard them there cameras were good, now I believe it. This is a great reflection shot - and I love the way you have not only the duck reflected in the water, but the lights as well. The water - is that on a road, or something else (I'm a bit dense! :rolleyes: )? The only thing I would do with this photo before I did a LO of it is to take out that small black rectangular thing in the foreground, but that's an easy fix to this wonderful photo.

Isn't it just so much fun doing this weekly challenge. Makes us keep our eyes open all week in ways that we normally wouldn't. You have caught a wonderful reflection shot here Sarah. Bet you were pleased you had your back up camera with you.

The reflections are so clear! I'm going to have to see what I can find for a small purse-sized P&S ... keeping in mind the size of the sensor :)
