This was taken the same night as the Reflection, with my Canon SD700 PowerShot. I chose the Night Scene from the camera. Focal length 5.8mm. There's a reason I keep this little camera in my purse - it's always there when I need it and really takes pretty good photos! PS: The Chardonnay was delightful! But alas, I didn't shrink!

I'm obviously going to have to re-read Alice because I can't remember this bit at all. However, seeing your beautiful photo really does make me want to pick up the book. I love the softness of the photo - the reflection off the window, the shadows, the glass - everything - and the Chardonnay as well!! Wonderful photo Sarah!
