This class really has helped me work through some of the issues I'm facing in life. Doing a layout is more powerful for me than just journaling in a notebook. It helps me accept the situation as it is, and reinforces the insights I'm gaining.

Gayle, I agree 100% - I prefer to process my thoughts and feelings by making scrapbooking pages rather than writing in a journal. It helps me to sort things out by combining the writing with just the perfect elements, colors, textures, everything. I think it's because it forces you to slow down and think things through. :D I'm so glad you shared this, and I hope that you continue to make pages. thanks for being part of this class!
