Walking with Grandpa

This is a gift for my FIL for father's day, going to print it out and frame it. Kind of going for the inspirational poster look. :P

The first time I saw this poem it seemed to be written for my FIL as he loves to take our kids out walking - at their pace to explore the world through their eyes. He's the best! And since he is impossible to shop for (he doesn't want or need anything), I figured he'll appreciate something like this from the heart. The picture is of him and my oldest son taken almost 9 years ago.

I saw this in the gallery and it took my breath away! Your FIL will certainly think this is the greatest gift you've ever given him! The journaling is so precious and goes perfectly with the awesome picture. I would buy this poster if I saw it was available!

Well, my FIL loved it as expected, it really was better than any store-bought gift. I printed it out as 16x20 and so it really has that "inspirational" poster look.

Your FIL must have loved this gorgeous layout! I love the poem and it's so perfect for your wonderful photo. I love the grain of the background and the colours - awesome layout! :-)
