I make these gluten free for my daughter by using rice bread crumbs, and I've used different sauces and liquids. I've even made them without eggs when she was still allergic to eggs, but they don't hold together as well.

I love salmon any way it's cooked, but this is a new one for me, and sounds great! Glamorous looking card, with bright text on dark background. Thanks for sharing.
