I finally got around to editing this layout (so I could enter it in this weeks Digi Dare at another site) and I thought I'd put it up for all of you to see. I did end up tilting the paper, like several of you suggested, and I rearranged the photos. I also moved the ribbon, now instead of being a horizontal strip it's tilted over the top left corner. Also added the date the pictures were taken. All in all I like it better this time around.

Virginia, I love your redo on this. I love how you slanted the paper and ribbon and added green stitching to the yellow bow. Wonderful.

I like both versions of your LO but I must say that tilting everything at an angle makes this LO a lot more dynamic. I like the ribbon across the top corner and the way you arranged your photos!

I did a LO for this week's digi-dare too. Glad to see some more ScrapGirls participating there!

I like this very much! I did not see the original, but a lot of people go for a "clean" look. I think the important thing is that you yourself are happy with the page.
