What a neat idea to scrap some photos of yourself as a child. You're right about these not being traditional colors, but they work really well here. You are really cute in these pictures - what a great expression. I like the snowflakes in the background & the snow stuff on the bottom. Of course, I really love the pink swirls and stars, just lovely. And pink frames, too - great idea!
