Bulgogi-Korean BBQ

I used Erica Hite's Destination Collection

My brother learned about Bulgogi from his Korean mission companion while serving in Melbourne, Australia. When he came home he introduced us to it. Its a sweet stir-frish meal compared to most Asian stir-fries. I've never been brave enough to make the marinade myself. I always just go to the Asian Market, if you don't have juice straight sugar can be substituted.

This sounds really good. I thought at first it was a version of kimchee, which is pickled fire, ha-ha. I love the border.

We've eaten Korean barbecued beef in Hawaii and loved it, but I never had a recipe. Now I will--yippee! Great use of Destinations! Thanks for sharing.

this sounds very interesting - I think we will make it next time we have an Asian dinner night (we have chinese food nights every once in a while so we'll sub this in for that :) ) cute card too!
