Shrimp with Herb Butter, served over Rice
Thank you for the love. This card has now been re-done; I wanted to fix the "dingy" ribbons, and had learned how to use masks to blend the top & bottom of the paper. Revised card is at Shrimp with Herb Butter. Hope you like the re-do.

Shrimp Sauteed in Herb Butter
1 pound raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chives
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Clean shrimp. Melt butter in saute pan and add seasonings.
Saute shrimp in herb butter, approximately 8 minutes. Serve over rice.
Servings: 3 Preparation Time: 15 minutes Start to finish: 25 minutes
