Text: The first thing I noticed about you were your Blue Eyes. I noticed them again when you came home today.

I wanted to show his eyes in several different pictures, but after trying several things like changing them to black and white but leaving his eyes blue, and such, I cleared out all but these two images. Now it seems a bit empty and unfinished. Got any suggestions?

I think it's perfect just the way it is - it certainly comes from your heart and that's what I saw in it right away - I love the "story" about the first thing you noticed was his blue eyes and that you noticed them first again when he came home - very sweet and heartfelt story - i love your layout - it's very unique and although I understand that it didn't show his blue eyes like I think you wanted it to in both pics, I think that it's just an awesome layout telling a very sweet story. i wouldn't change it at all - it's great just the way it is.

And I really like the angle of your photo-catching the moment when he comes home. I fell in love with my husband many years ago when I saw his blue eyes! (he was in uniform too)(I think blue eyes are so much fun!)

I really like your LO! The tear with his eyes showing and the angle of the homecoming picture is great! What about a frame around the larger pic or a mat of some sort? Just ideas.
