I finally got around to this layout, which is intended as a companion to "Today is the first day . . ." - not exactly a two page spread, but made from the same collections. This page will be on the right in the album. I've used this poem as a birthday greeting numerous times over the years since I found it in a magazine - no idea which magazine. TFL!

Beautiful poem - I really like that and I think it's neat that you include that poem in the cards that you send to people - very sweet. Love the butterfly background paper and then the one butterfly that almost looks as if floating on the page, kind of flitting away from the little pictures that are below him - really adds a nice touch to your layout. I enjoyed seeing your layout this afternoon.
