This was a fun challenge! I watched the Dancing With the Stars debut episode on my computer, and this template is based on their logo? sign? that sits on the corner while you watch. My title is not a great color but it was hard to keep their look and still have it visible on my layout. I tried cream, white, blue, and a neon pink (which stands out but is not a better match lol.)
I want to explain the background paper here. I took a gorgeous NASA photo, turned it into a brush, and then made background papers in various shades. Here I took two, changed the bottom using Hue/Saturation, and a blending mode on the top paper till I liked the look.
