We called to check on my spouse's parents in Alabama right after seeing the weather report on TV. They said, no snow yet, but after we got caught up on important stuff, like college football, as we were hanging up, they said "oh look, we are getting a snow after all". Big light flakes that were kind of sparse.

They called up back an hour later and said they had gotten an inch of snow and the roads were closed already to all but emergency vehicles. Dad had taken photos and posted them on FB so we looked at his photos and talked about the snow.

Great job capturing the falling snow. I was trying to do that the other day with no luck. Cute how you put the mug on the bottom arrow. And way to go capturing the memory with journaling!
