I like this as it is. Nice colors & cute photos. How exciting for them to win the contest! I like the contrast of the light background for your title - it really stands out.

I think the elements -- their combination and the way you arranged them -- are great too. Maybe you'd like to adjust the photos a bit. The screen behind the singers distracts; at first I wondered why you put a grey rectangle there. The whole layout is very colorful and attractive.
