You Spin Me Right Round
Tip: Using Photoshop CS3, I achieved the circular blur on the photo by duplicating the photo layer. Then, on the top layer, I went to Filter> Blur> Radial Blur. You'll want to play with the settings. For my photo, I thought Amount: 10, Blur Method: Spin, and Quality: Good worked well. Again, on the top copy, I added a layer mask and painted in black (to hide the top layer) with a Soft Round Brush. I painted all over my husband and son to hide the top blurred layer and show the crisp layer beneath.
