I really like what you've done with these two pages. I bought that Document It collection and plan to use it on some of my weeks.
I'm putting this in my favorites to use as inspiration.

I agree, the double LO for this type of thing is a great way to do it, especially if you're planning on printing a book with it. I love the notebook in the center. That really ties it all together.
