Happy Birthday

Since I don't have any photos of any recent parties, I thought that I would dig back in my stash of birthday parties from my childhood. The top photo is of my Cousin Ginny's sixth birthday, December 7, 1951. The one to the right is of my Cousin John's fifth birthday, June 24, 1952. The one at the bottom is also of my Cousin Ginny on her fifth birthday. The one to the left of that is me celebrating my tenth birthday, November 18, 1956. I'm the one wearing the crown. I couldn't find any of my sister's birthday, but she is in all of the photos. Can you guess which one is her?

What a wonderful layout and I love how you used all old birthday photos!

I love how you framed and arranged them and the embellishments you used around (and on!) them.

I particularly like the balloons and the string hanging down.

I also really like your background and title -- great page!

Great page Carol. I love to look at the clothing - sometimes its the only thing that really "dates" a photo. It took me a while to see the green heart behind the pics - great choice against the paper.

I absolutely love the piped frosting frames. How clever. The papers and colors you used work really well for the older photos. Love it!
