Friday Customer Challenge 2/25/11 - When the water gets high

Well, KatieGrace's challenge to use arrows in a LO was a HUGE challenge for me. I actually started 4 LOs before I completed one to my satisfaction (sort of). I must admit, the arrow is NOT center stage in this LO....but it's there! Mostly, I'm glad I got these pics scrapped. That's what it's all about. And I now have 3 other LOs to finish...lol.

LOVE your journaling, Debbie - "when the water gets high, it's good to be with family" - how true that is and you've done a delightful job of scrapping that message. I really love your layouts - you do such nice work and this layout is no exception - I really like the strips going across the center of your paper and the colors are perfect together.

Yes, I see the arrow. :D It was quite a challenge for me, too! Not surprisingly, you did a wonderful job with this layout. I especially love how you used the strips of paper, and all those great embellishments. Lovely colors and photos, too.

Nobody said it had to be a huge arrow:) Looks wonderful Debbie! I really like how the leaves on the lower right frame the page and draw the eye back up to the upper left.
