Use Your Stash-Clusters: Sadie

This LO will be the "cover page" for the section in my heritage book about my great-grandmother, Sadie. Growing up I always thought of her as rather a strict person. (I was nearly 10 when she died.) She was certainly not use to having wild children visiting for a week stretch! I love these two pictures. The one is so pretty with her in her beautiful gowna and parasol. The one on the right I love because it showed such a whistful, musing look on her face...one I never noticed as a child. The location was on the screened porch of her home. I loved playing there. The chair she's sitting in is a wicker rocker with a basket attached to one arm...a built in magazine rack. I remember collecting cycadia "shells" as a youngster and putting them in that basket arm. (I'm sure it was not a pleasant surprise for Sadie.) I didn't call her Sadie. Everyone always called her...Gaga.

I used the Defining Moments Collection throughout this LO.

Your grandmother was a beautiful lady! What an awesome job you have done on this layout. All the interlacing of ribbon and placement of emblishments are very refined and I am sure Gaga would be very pleased with this lovely work of art.
