I found these old recipes today & wanted to document them. My mother's note reads: "These are old recipes that my mother had written. Also a couple that my dad had written. He had saved them after mother died. The #'s on the oatmeal cookies were to show me in what order to mix the cookies. The recipes would have to have been written before 1928 when my mother died." Mom was 13 when her mother died and 18 when her father died. This picture was taken the year before she passed away in 2008 at almost 93. She was a great lady and we still miss her.
