First Day Of Spring -- March 20, 2011

Well, it's official. It's Spring. So me and my friend Rick decided to take a stroll through the New York Botanical Garden. We wanted to see if any flowers were in bloom. Kind of. The shoots are popping up all over the garden and the Apple Blossoms are in bloom. This is a photo of Rick at the beginning of the Daffodil Walk. No flowers yet, just the green shoots.

Just the sight of a few daffodils makes me smile! Seems like this has been a long drawn out winter and I'm ready for some spring color. Such a lovely layout love the torn edges.
