IPTC.Caption	A technique that I did for this layout was to make the photo to appear to be Bokeh. I used the Quick Selection Tool (A), to select the main part of the image, then clicked ctrl+J to place it on a new layer. I then added a Gaussian Blur to a copy of the background image, at 15%. To repeat the blurry, I clicked on ctrl+F. I then enlarged the extraction to make it out-of-bounds.
