Stained Glass Butterfly

I made the frame using a feather brush with black then I "clipped" paper from the Iridescence Collection. I was so happy to see that even after the color paper was added it looked like feathers. I used a selection to make the inner frame and to crop the picture. I also used the selection method to blend the two background papers from the same collection.

Journaling:

This butterfly hangs in my living room window.

It was a Christmas present from Dave who had it

custom made. My pretty kitty, Leo, sits right

underneath it and watches the birds in the front yard.

Everyone who passes our house can’t help but look at

the pretty picture of my butterfly and kitty.

How pretty! The feathers are so lovely & I like the bird & dragonfly, too. Great font in your journaling & I like the curve of it.
