Made with PSE9, on a Laptop PC, with Win9

 

To make the background, I used a photo of rippling water, then I dupicated it. I rotated the top lay 90%, then lowered the opacity, to 50% and merged the top layer down, with ctrl+E. I chose a green from the photo and with 'Hue/Saturation, I coloured my water paper green. I then used SG_ANarrative_SSPaper_DEB_Baroque, on top and set it to overlay.

I like the idea of rotating, that would give some really interesting effects, must remember that. Lovely work Heatheranne.
