Tues 7th June Freebie Challenge

I find that some of the papers that our designers make are so beautiful that it is hard to add anything further to them so this is the challenge for today to make a LO out of this beautiful piece of Angie's Old Friends paper.

This is my beautiful GD #3, Jazmin. She was given this gorgeous hat but she totally REFUSED to wear it so it had to go back to the shop but I did sneak a photo, in a split second when both Mummy and Aunty managed to get her attention for only that split second. But Granny is a quick draw with the camera!! So got a photo. the inset is when she was removing it in the next second!!! :disappearing-smilie:

Look at those gorgeous eyes of Jazmin's! She is precious and so is your layout, Ngaire! What a great challenge and what perfect paper to use scrapping Jazmin with the hat! She looks so cute in it and I loved the story about her not wanting to wear it! Isn't that the way it always is when we want them to wear something they don't want to wear! I love your blending - is it an extraction? Beautifully done, Ngaire!

Oh my word! This is gorgeous, Ngaire! She is sooooo, sooooo very cute! And, we can't stop Adrianna from taking her hats off either ... but, if it is someone else's hat ... then, she puts it on and won't take it off! They do it to drive us crazy, ya know! :disappearing-smilie:

I just love how you have made this page your own :) Jazmin is certainly growing up fast and love how you added the little one clipped to the top :)

How adorable she looks with that hat on. Love the photo of her taking off the hat. Too cute. Too bad that she didn't like it. You did such a fantastic job with this layout. Love how you blended the photo into the paper. Your journaling is wonderful and what a story for her to read later on when she is grown.

Wow! This is stunning! Jazmin is a beautiful child, and oh my, those EYES! It is hard to improve such a beautiful freebie, but certainly managed to do it!

This is wonderful - Jazmin looks like a model for a vintage illustration. Really like the blending and journaling.

What a beautiful little girl and your blending is wonderful. My granddaughter is just the opposite. She loves hats, any hat. Last July she wore a santa hat to church!
