Well gals and guys, it's official. We got the oki doki on the new apartment co-op. So I pulled some pictures of the apartment from the website and just did a very fast layout. This is the way it looks right now, and the pictures aren't that good. It will look a lot different after we paint and clean the place up.
It's a two bedroom, two full bath co-op apartment in Yonkers, NY. There is lots of closet space as well as two nice size 'walk-in' closets. Plenty of cupboards in the kitchen as well as a dishwasher (no more hand washing), new refrigerator, new stove and a microwave. The apartment doesn't need much fixing up, mostly painting and a little scrubbing here and there. Eventually I want to add a glass enclosure around my tub, as I don't like shower curtains. All the rooms have vertical blinds, which I love.
We close on August 6th and then it's officially ours. WOO HOO!
