Just a great sketch...I've been working on a book from last summer's trip up north and when I saw this sketch I instantly thought of the falls. Had lots of fun putting this together...TFL!

Journaling Left: Next stop... Tahquamenon Falls! We met Aunt Josey, Uncle Brad and Alyssa there and really enjoyed exploring this beautiful place. We rented a little rowboat and rowed across the river to a small island that allowed us to see many parts of the falls up close and personal. It was a fun new adventure and we can’t wait to go back again!
Journaling Right: (from a sign near the falls) If the Tahquamenon Falls could talk it could tell of the Indians, the Trappers, and the modern day tourists who have died in these waters...Don’t be fooled by its beauty. The swirling currents, submerged debris, rocks, whirlpools and undertows of the river are treacherous and deadly!
