Super fun challenge! Thanks so much, ladies! TFL.

Journaling: Mom took this picture of us in front of Grandmom Canning's house. Grandmom had given each of us a new Easter basket which we kept for many years. Mom threw them away in a cleaning frenzy one year, but I wish I still had that basket. Just around the corner was Immaculate Conception Church, where Mom and Dad were married in 1950. The entire street was razed in the 1970's to make room for the Girard Ave. exit of I-95.

Wow! Wow! Wow!!! I loved this layout and had to click in to take a closer look. Imagine my surprise when I realized that you had used my products. This is so beautiful! You really make my products shine. What an honor for me to see how you used my products to create a family heirloom. This page is a treasure. This is the very reason why I create digital scrapbooking products, so that memories and family stories are preserved. One of my most prized possessions is an old scrapbook that my grandfather made when he was young. I just love seeing the old photos. Thank you so much for sharing this page with all of us!

What a lovely job you did capturing the heritage feel to this photo. I love all of the 'dusty' coloring of the different fabrics and lace. Just perfect. Your bangs remind me of the ones my mother cut for me. I still have bangs, but now they usually cover my eyebrows! And the dress on the right--boy, does THAT bring back memories!

A beautifully nostalgic page for some bittersweet memories! I love the lace and the flowers; and I think arranging your journaling in little bits adds emotion to the facts. I love the photo! You sure were a cutie-pie! (And it's always fun to see the cars in old photos, don't you think?)

OMG...I LOVE it. The colors, the "memories" posted on the side, the textures. So far, this is my FAVORITE layout. I've still got one more to look for though...eekout.gif
