My middle son announced his engagement just a few days ago!! I can't believe I'm going to be a mother-in-law ~ where has the time gone?? I decided to grab a picture from his Facebook album to use in my first layout. I redid this at least a hundred times (okay, maybe 20). I'm not happy with it yet, but how bad can it possibly be with the beautiful subjects at hand?

Since I am just starting, I downloaded the freebies first and used only those. I can see the cash register ringing in my head already!! I know that I will edit this once I have purchased some SG elements, etc. So, for now ~ here it is...please be gentle :-)

It's a truly charming LO and you did a marvelous job on it! Great photo and especially considering that it was a FB grab. They are the focus and look so joyful, and you communicated it so well on your page. I especially like the writing of their names on the frame. Looking forward to more LOs of the happy couple!
