A very strange place to start the detailed recording of this year's visit to Scotalnd I admit, but I had the title as I was taking the photographs so I might as well start with something easy.

Journaling

The Kibble Palace in Glasgow's Botanical Gardens houses a section devoted to

carnivorous plants. These pitcher plants were spectacular.
