Great challenge Heather09! I've been looking with envy at some great blending work but I've never tried it because I use Paintshop Pro IX and have to "translate" Photoshop instructions. Nevertheless, I found Diane Rooney's tut on "Blending Papers Using the Gradient Tool" and came up with this.

 

I blended two of Brandy Murry's MollyMilk papers using a masking layer and the gradient tool and then slipped a black and white photo between the papers. I've also used the MollyMilk embellishments with Syndee Nuckles lovely retro lady. All other credits in EXIF.

Great job with the blending! I just love this. What a wonderful quote and such a neat embellishment to illustrate it (was it your idea to add the shoes? so clever). Love the whole vintage feel of this.
