Thursday Brush Challenge Janelle

Well, I think my layout is lopsided. Just don't know how to get it right. The photo is such that I could not really make it smaller because of the straight edge of her head at the top. Does that make sense? I love these two new collections. CC welcome.

Great job with the new collection. I love the papers and all the elements that you used. Love the title alpha and the lady sitting on the bench. Beautiful butterflies. The photo is rather large and it's the first thing that you see. I understand about the straight edge of her head. Have you tried making the photo smaller and then placing the photo at the top of the page. Or using the cookie cutter... How about adding a hat after you reduce the photo. I don't know what else to suggest.

"Collage Art Ladies" is one of my favorite collections, and it looks so great here! I love the fancy brush in your title; perfect with the whole feel of the page. I also like all the flowers. Very romantic. My only suggestion about handling a photo with the top cut off is maybe to put it into a frame. However, that wouldn't work here. Sorry. But, I like your LO as it is.

Belle, I like it just the way it is. I like the large photo as is. Your use of collage art ladies is fabulous. But it's that beautiful photo that makes the layout on of Belle's Beauties!

I agree with the others, it's wonderful just as it is. That's such a sweet portrait and your brush work on the fonts if fantastic!

Great main photo. Understand exactly what you mean about the top of the photo. It looks really lovely as it is. I wonder about bringing the title down a little which would put the "weight" bottom and right, leaving a little more white space to balance?
