How about that, I can post for two different challenges - this is from my vacation last week (just downloaded today) and it has numbers in it, too! This is the down side of a Cape Cod vacation, but I was well prepared for it, so I just cranked up the tunes.

Also, I figured out the clipping mask for GIMP, it is pretty cool!

I used:

ACA Rough It Up paper Special (grain extract, 34%)

SNU DLT Elegance (photo frames)

SNU Happy Summer starfish, fish, shell

TCS Barefoot Paper (with blue highlights)

Sand and seagull from Scrapbook Flair Beach Collection

fonts: Agency FB Bold Condensed

Created with GIMP

Aggie, this is wonderful! It's soooooo nice to see photos of the Bourne Bridge and the Welcome to Cape Cod Sign! I lived on Cape Cod for a year (when I was much, much younger) and I loved every minute of it. I'm really hoping you'll be posting more layouts of this beautiful place. Pleeeeeeze? ;)

Oh, this is so cute! Great pictures and they tell the story so well. Is it a drawbridge as well? Oh, those East Coast bridges! Hope you could at least smell the salt water while you were sitting. So glad you figured out the clipping mask for Gimp- it's exciting when those things happen, isn't it? Love the Cape Cod sign and your frames. Fun page and memories! Hope you had a great week!

What a great LO! It really tells the story--I can just imagine the anticipation of vacation and the frustration of traffic all tied to one landmark. Fantastic!

quite a challenge getting to your destination, but it must be worth it all! Neat LO and really like your sea gull and different shapes that you used.

I love seeing this layout. Before we sold our holiday cottage, we would go there on Friday afternoons. The traffic through Somerset West was pretty much like this, but once you past it, fun in the sun. Your layout is great and of course I find it very interesting.Super photos and arrangment.

Oh nice work Aggie, two for the price of one!!! (Challenges I'm talking about :disappearing-smilie: )

I love it when I learn yet another skill. I'm pleased you have mastered yet another part of your program. As Elisha has said you will become a Gimp Guru!!!

Wow, great layout Aggie! I love your photos and how they progress and tell your story along with the text.

I also love your great background and journaling in the seashell!
