Miles and Miles of Rock Fences

Miles and Miles of Rock Fences

The Native Stone Scenic Byway meanders thru the gorgeous Flint Hills of Kansas. There are literally miles and miles of old rock fences made by the sweat and labor of early Kansas farmers and their families. No wonder farm families had so many kids -- they needed 'em to gather all those rocks. If you wish, read the inscription on the plaque.

I used the October Club Kit "Inspiring." The font is EcuyerDAX.

What a gorgeous layout - it caught my eye right away. Love the border/title in the middle. The photo is wonderful - reminds me a little of New England, except our stone walls are shorter & flat on top.
