yay me!

I made this layout tonight and uploading it is making me more than a bit nervous i can

assure you. I almost didn't do it. I've always been heavy but it wasn't until I saw the photos

taken in Queensland that I realised just how bad things had become and I kew I had to turn my life around

so I joined Curves and started moving my lazy butt and began eating better. It's not always easy and I

do sometimes fall from grace but when that happens I pick myself up and dust myself off and get back to it.

In about 5 1/2 months I've lost 14 kilos which is a lot of weight and I need to lose that much again, I'll

still be a bit chubby but I can live with that, I know I'll never be super slim lol. The layout is not finished,

I've deliberately left a space for another photo to be added in the new year sometime when I've lost some more

weight, when that day comes I shall finish the layout and repost it here so you can all see how I'm doing. This

is going to be my desktop to keep me motivated.

You look amazing! It's not an easy journey, but hang in there. It's so worth it! I can't wait to see the last photo. As for your layout, it's beautiful! I love the colors and the stripes. The journaling placement under each photo is perfect. Congratulations on your loss so far!!

Yay you!!! Great layout - love all the layering and the corner clusters. The journaling is wonderful, as are the photos (including the placeholder for a future photo). Thank you for sharing this story & your progress with all of us. Keep up the great work!

Yay! is right. This is an awesome accomplishment and I applaud your courage in posting it. I love that you left a spot for another picture later. Looking forward is great. The journaling, telling your story is just perfect. The layers and colors are so bright and cheerful, just like your smile. Keep up the great work, both with the weight loss and the scrapping.....can't wait to see this again in a few more months.

Absolutely fantastic job with the LO and your dieting. 30 pounds is a LOT in that time-frame, and it really shows. My hat's off to you for meeting this challenge head on.
