I liked this challenge, April! I used items I owned but hadn't used, and when I was done applied Syndee's Photo FX Action radial blur to the entire LO, then used the built in layer and a large, soft brush to brush away the area I wanted to show through, varying the opacity of the brush here and there. I skipped the last two parts of the action, which adjusted contrast and clarified and sharpened, since I wanted a softer look, but they did work very well. I changed the blending mode of the action layer to Exclusion in PS5, which resulted in the bluish cast. I really liked this action! Thanks, Syndee and April, and Diane and Durin for the beautiful papers and elements!

Photo is of my niece and her new husband...I will do more with front views. She was a beautiful bride! (Her waist is tinier than Kate Middleton when she was photoshopped on a magazine cover- LOL. She eats like crazy and yes, I am jealous, LOL.)

Oh, my gosh, Dot - this is stunning! I love what you did with the photo and background and the soft, dainty flowers gently dancing on the page!

Your framing is gorgeous and I really like the beautiful glow to your layout. Truly special! :)

LOL, yes I did, with a little point and shoot. Sister forbid me from following the newlyweds with a big camera!

Oh Lord will you look at this! I love everything about it. It appears to be a metallic frame for such a lovely photograph of the bride. I hope to learn this.

Lovely! I really like your blending (as always!) and your fabulous brushwork (as always!). The blur and photo effects made this look romantic and timeless. And I really DON'T want to hear about someone eating like crazy and keeping her tiny waist! :P
