Physalis Alkekengi

I love them, these red and orange lanterns (Latin name is Physalis Alkekengi) that grow now in our garden, hence my pictures that I took today to post this layout.

I used Brandy Murry's Hallows Eve kit again :-) and added a harvest leaf that I photographed an extracted, and a harvest leaf I found somewhere on the internet.

The brilliance of those orange lanterns In your colour isolation makes them even more magical, you showed off their 'autumness' perfectly. Enjoyed your journalling, the definition and went back looking for your extracted leaf :-) that background just makes the photos stand out more, fabulous page!

How pretty! I've never seen anything like these little laterns before! I love the background and how you used a purple frame in the center! Great job on your journaling, too!

This is a such a cool layout! Love how you let the orange lanterns pop from the really great black & white photos. The background really makes a statement as well! Wonderful journaling - so glad you did! Fabulous layout!
