Aggie, it's great with Butternut Squash too - and I know what you mean about cutting Acorn Squash - I get Rich to cut them for me!

One of the things I like most about fall is the appearance of all the winter squash in the produce department. My favorite is delicata...is that a local variety or is it available nation wide? This sounds so good...Have to give a try for sure! Lovely card, love those rich fall colors.
