My photos from yesterday are pretty much intense in color, so lorac's lovely Signs of the Season was my color inspiration. I liked her jewel-toned photos and the warm, orangey background. I also roughly scraplifted her photo arrangement and butterflies flying around the page. Info is in the exif.

 

The journaling reads: At 11:11 I went outside to take pictures of clouds. it turns out there weren’t any clouds -- just a couple of vapor trails in the bright blue sky. Beautiful weather, though maybe not an interesting photo. I then took a quick picture of the pumpkins by my door. You can see my shadow taking the picture; also there is a shadow of some palm branches.

Then, still 11:11, I went inside to face the laundry. My little yellow laundry fairy, which can be seen just to the right of the pile of washing, ONCE AGAIN, did not do the laundry by herself while I was outside. Still, it was a lovely morning and a lovely day.

I was going to say, send the fairy over when you are done with her, but if she DOES NOT do the laundry, then you can keep her. :disappearing-smilie: Great, fun layout. I love your fairy (even is she is lazy). The arrangment of the photos is great and I love the colors.

Great page, Diane and I liked seeing all you accomplished in that historic minute!

I love your background with the hint of a clock and your photos are wonderful and colorful. I really enjoyed your journaling, too and like how the little yellow fairy balances the yellow butterflies.

And, OH! I happen to have a purple fairy in my room! :)

This actually made for very interesting reading! I like your colors and I love and want your laundry fairy, even though she seems to shirk her duties. This was such a great idea- scrapping the ordinary. Fun!
