Nov2011_Roast Pork Tenderloin
My husband and I love turkey and dressing, but our two sons are not huge fans of turkey. So I've had to add some other recipes to my portfolio. This recipe is great with stuffing and cranberry sauce, and we also love the leftover pork and gravy as the base for a sweet and spicy green chili. Hope you like it, too!
