This is beautiful. The photo alone is awesome, but I love the way the paper mimics the rays of sunshine.

Oh, I love this! I love how you used the radiant paper with the sunrays in the photo. Your word art is outstanding. Nicely done.

Thanks for the wonderful comments!
I especially appreciate the comments about the paper. Because, the background paper was created by using SG_ANarrative_Paper_BMU_Butter blended with COL_Inspiring_Paper_PinkYellow because I love the colors. Above the paper I used the shape tool to create the sunrays, then I simplified the layer and used the gaussian blur filter to soften the rays. Changed the blending mode and I then clipped the COL_Inspiring_Paper_PinkYellow to it and lowered the opacity. Selected the sunrays and created a new layer and inverted the selection, then filled with white and lowered the opacity. Selected the marquee tool to create a circle selection, feathered and inverted the selection and finally deleted the outer edges of that layer. Oh and then nudged the layer a bit to offset the rays on this layer.
Why do I have to do things the hard way? *shrug* I do have some great sunray papers but I was hung up on using the above mentioned papers because of the colors.

Wow!!! I have read and reread your explanation of what you did and I kind of get it - but I am blown away by how complicated it sounds and that is only the backing paper!?! lol
It looks incredible and totally worth the effort. Totally. Your photo is gorgeous too and the clustering, but I really love how you used the photo to inspire you and just ran with it - this is wonderful :-)

The background is gorgeous! Thanks for the mini-tutorial. It's a neat photo too and I like how the sun line blend into the background ones. The wordart is pretty neat, too - you've blended your different fonts beautifully.
