My husbands family on his father side has a local family reunion every December.

Sadly the gatherings are getting smaller and smaller as the years go by so to me

this get-together is a gift of celebrating those who are still with us and those who have gone before.

Supplies used for this double page layout.

Persian Breeze by Brandy Hackman (BHA) - Leather Straps, corners & Copper Hinges

The View Collection by Brandy Murry (BMU) - Shutters, Window Box, Bronze hinges, Background paper was the: Washed Stucco paper from this collection with a putty colored filter added.

The View Collection by Brandy Murry (BMU) - Letters for Duncan and Numbers for 2011

Embellishment Templates: Vintage Portrait Frames by Jan Hicks (JHI) - Cardboard Frames

Embellishment Templates: Vintage Photo Decor by Jan Hicks (JHI) - Other Frames

Gesso 3 Paper -(3_8) by Durin Eberhart (DEB) - used for the farthest background layer behind the two connected pages.

Christmas Ornaments - Angel Dust Collection by Brandy Murry (BMU)

Text : Pristina Font "Duncan Gathering" - GiddyUp Font "Family Reunion" and Americana XBd BT Font "Angier, NC" (these are fun fonts I have on my computer)

Thanks so much for all the kind words on my first ScrapGirls layout - they are appreciated.

My New Years resolution for Jan 2011 was to learn Photoshop and I started by purchasing several SG sets to get me going.

As the year progressed my Photoshop skills grew as did my ongoing collection of SG sets.

It only seemed fitting that I would end 2011 by creating my very first all SG digital scrapbook layout using some

of those wonderful images. I hope to post more layouts in 2012 as I continue to be inspired by all the amazing talent

here at SG.

Grins and Giggles to you all,

Evelyn (aka EKDuncan)
