My fitness goals for 2012:
I would like to lose 33 more pounds. To date I have lost 42 pounds. (since December 2009)
To achieve this I will continue to be active by exercising 6 days a week and complete ChaLEAN Extreme.
After a rough year in 2010 with back issues, I started walking in June of 2011. Thanks to the ScrapGirls Shredders I was able to keep motivated and increase my daily walks length and frequency. I added strength training in the fall and moved up to ChaLEAN Extreme.
I am amazed at how much better I feel, both physically and mentally!
